Abstract | Due to information technology development, the Internet is the fastest growing media in the 1990's with 30 million users with an average estimated growth of 10-20% per month. It is not only the media, but also a distribution channel. Internet marketing reduces distribution channel distance, increases channel wide. This kind of marketing breaks place limitation of traditional marketing, provides 24 hours marketing service on the Internet, at the same time transfers the movement pictures and music, provides large quantity information, enhances customer support and service after sale, raises customers loyalty. One the other hand, Internet marketing reduces cost, increases marketing efficiency. With the high technology development and productivity increasing, computer and software become a part of every business. Computer and software is more important than before. So the demand of software increases sharply. Many kinds of software generate in the world, how to increase profit, expend market share, make marketing strategy is the question which all software producer is facing. Internet marketing provide a suitable distribution channel for software producer. This research is investigated the advantage and problems of software on Internet marketing using in-deep interview and end user questionnaire survey. |
