Abstract | The research firstly reveals the profile of Chinese medical industry for its present standings and future strategic planning with emphasis of the strategic development, R&D and hospital status as well as procedures of introducing new drug administration. Secondly, the medical equipment in China is discussed for its current situations, market segmentation and market analysis to end up with applicable policies and projection of most needed medical equipment. The situational analysis of the Chinese contact lens market is then conducted to investigate the market characteristics, competition standings, and product application to explore the entry possibilities for foreign entrants. Finally the entry decision recommendations are given based on the environmental scan of the eye care market to the prospecting foreign entrants of contact lens. |
