Abstract | In this study, a mm1mum cost problem of the integration of production, inventory and distribution in a multi-stage, multi-level system has been presented. In this system, products are processed through the number of production stages. Finished products are distributed to the number of warehouses and retailers. The planning to be considered in one horizon. A mathematical model has been formulated to determine production, inventory and distribution quantities of each product at each stage, warehouse or retailer. Some small problems have been tested in Lingo and the results are suitable with common sense. An interface to help users input data in the model has been designed. The interface allows users quickly input data in the minimum cost model. Solving the model is done by Lingo, then the output will be exported to Excel. |
