Abstract | The aim of this project is to create an Ultrasonic Guided Obstacle avoidance Robot. The main task of this project is to describe the implementation of obstacle detection sensor (Ultrasonic) to the robot. The ultrasonic component of obstacle avoidance robot takes the major role in detecting obstacles. The robot is four-wheeled drive and two wheels are connected to one motor each. In order to get accurate position of motor the encoders are used. To control the robot Arduino programming is used. Bluetooth module is need to communication between Arduino board and computer. The experiment is conducted to determine how accurate the robot can avoid obstacles. The motivation of this project is due to the needs of the intelligent robot, which can turn, accurate and fast in dangerous places where humans cannot go. |
