Abstract | The main purpose of robotics engineering and automation systems is to reduce the time wasting and avoiding human beings from hazardous situation. In the modern world people use robots such as do their day to day activates, production lines of factories and etc. the main idea of the project also is do easy the activities of human being creating robot arm which can fix tire to heavy vehicles. This project is prototype of heavy machinery tire fixing robot arm which is consisted of 5 degree of freedom actuated by servo and stepper motors. Grabbing the tire is done by plastic gripper which is controlled by joystick. This report is included all the facts of mechanical and electronic design of the robot arm, the components and materials which are used to build the robot and the programmable scenario of the system. |
