AbstractAs the technology is improving day by day the need for communication is also in the rise. Though many research are conducted related to this field, there always lies a factor of error. It is true that there are no ideal techniques and devices yet built, but what matters is how much the system is efficient. Classical techniques can be modified and tested to enhance its performance. QAM is such a mile stone reached in recent past. A new standard for high definition TV called the terrestrial digital video broadcasting is in usage in most regions of the world, while analog systems are switched off. QAM is diversely used for its maximum data rate in limited bandwidth. Its usage runs in wireless local area networks(LAN’s), satellite communication and cellular telephone systems. This project is mainly aimed at observing any effects on the performance by proposing rotation angles to the QAM mapper.
