This service provides an interface by which clients, or "bidders", can issue bids to the service for an advertised on Internet auction by the seller. Once the bidding period has ended, the auctioneer opens the bids, determines the winning bid, and provides the winning bidder and seller with an e-mail for claiming the item bid upon. By using Distributed Component Object Model and XML technologies, the service is constructed to provide scalability, robustness and ease of use for both the sellers and bidders. This study work is presented via the implementation of the real world case. Some Internet auction such as eBay, Amazon, Yahoo has been taking into account.
