AbstractThis research study consists of an analysis and recommends for the suitable Technology Park's management strategies for STRDP that is the first plan in Thailand. To recommend management strategies, Japanese successful case is surveyed as references. In addition, it examined the past literature and reports as guidance to understand Technology Park's management. The case study is focused on Kyoto Research Park (Japan) that is one of the largest Parks established in 1987 in Japan. Its outstanding performance is valuable model to consider for development of STROP plan. Both successful and failure factors are considered to formulate management strategies for the plan.
