AbstractThe main objective of the research is to identify the success factors of coworking space business under the entrepreneurial strategy framework in the case of HUBBA Thailand with the link of Thai entrepreneurial ecosystem. The study aims to find out the strategizable factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in order to relate with the success factors of the business and also to identify the entrepreneurial strategy of HUBBA Thailand, including exploring the impact of HUBBA to the ecosystem. The study was conducted by interviewing the management team and staffs of HUBBA, including its members and stakeholders. The result was combined with the secondary data from the research such as public interviews, websites, etc. The success factors of HUBBA are categorized into the basic factors which are locations, facilities, quality of services, atmosphere, and pricing, and the strategic factors which are community building, ecosystem building, resource matching, networking, education, and partnerships. While the entrepreneurial strategy of HUBBA is the combination between value chain strategy and architectural strategy. According to the findings, HUBBA plays a significant role in the growth of Thai entrepreneurial ecosystem as indicated by more members and actors of the startup industry.
