Abstract | This study research would never have been completed had it not been for the invaluable guidance, wise counsel and incessant encouragement received from Dr. Lalit M. Johri, the research advisor and chairman of the Research Committee. His knowledgeable comments and valuable suggestion deserve more than a word of thanks. As a student who attended his classes from the first term to the last, I have learned a lot from his enthusiastic teaching. For this and what remains to come, I shall forever treasure. I would like to express my earnest gratitude to the members of research committee, Dr. B Buchel, Asian Institute of Technology and Mr. Zhan Shuqing, The Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kingdom of Thailand for their constructive suggestion, devoted concern and academic support in this research. Appreciation is extended to the senior management of investigated companies who have directly contributed to the structuring of this work by offering me their valuable time and rich experience. All of the best wishes are giving to their careers and companies' business. Moreover, special gratitude to Mr. Jonathan Shaw, my CLET writing advisor, Asian Institute of Technology and my spiritual friend Mrs. Luzviminda Chung, GET'92 as well as my senior Mr. Anil Sarabat, SOM'94 for the critical academic support of language to this research. Special thanks to the friends whom I met on the Peak of the World for their sincere love and unreserved support. Their continuous concerns ease the pain and misery in the life and encourage me to never give up. I am proud of them. I wish to express my indebtedness to my immediate bosses in Nepal and the General Manager of headquarters in China for their carefulness and understanding. Without their guardianship, the dream of studying in Asian Institute of Technology would not come to true. Career and academic commitment have always kept me away from home and restrained me from fulfilling my duty as a daughter. Special appreciation is to my elder brother and his wife, my younger sister and her husband for their sacrifices, understanding and support. I shall forever remain grateful to my parents, who have served the society as doctors for almost half century, for giving me a good health which enabled me to stand the tough study in Asian Institute of Technology. Their eternal love and absolute trust have left an unending impression. This work is dedicated to my loving parents. To all my classmates, associates and roommates, I am always grateful for the days we . shared and the help they granted to me. I know that as soon as I waving a farewell to Asian Institute of Technology, I shall miss them all. |
