Abstract | High and new technology industrial zones are new issues in China, they are still in the stage of dynamic development and exploration. In order to effectively market these zones, the research through a case study on Fengtai High and New Technology Industrial Zone in Beijing, examined the process of marketing management in the zone, in such key areas like how they attracted enterprises with technology oriented projects moving to the zone, how they encouraged R&D and commercialization, analyzed the gap between the offer of the zone management and the expectations of the tenants, and finally put forward suggestions for bridging these gaps, thereby forming an effective marketing strategy for these zones. |
