AbstractThe relationship between organizational culture and leadership in organizations is two sides of the same coin (Schein, 1985). It is not easy to observe and realize the organ.ization culture and it is an important predictor in member's satisfaction and organizational performance (Coffey et al., 1994). Leadership is the relationship of interpersonal influence and guides followers to attain leaders' goals (Morris and Seeman, 1950). This research conducted face to face interviews in LBOT to measure the pattern of relationship between organizational culture and leadership in that organization. The results of interviews were compared with the related literature. The reasons for differences between the results of interviews and the related literature were explained. The LBOT's profile, case analysis, the organizational culture, leadership, the relationship, and influences of the Chinese cultural tradition to LBOT were explained in this research.
