AbstractFollowing the general economic deregulation of Chinese economy, the corporate pricing management of many Chinese software companies becomes one of a few management issues. This research analyzed the strength and weakness of Chinese software companies and their corporate pricing process management through the intensive studies of eight software companies and a few representative organizational buyers qualitatively. This research found out that a Ten-Step-Pricing-Process which customized from Dolan's Eight-Step Pricing Process and Pricing Audit Scoreboard is well applicable to Chinese software companies.
