Abstract | Animation is the chief ingredient in MultiMedia presentations. The study involves comparison between 'Cel Animation' and 'Parametric Key Frame Animation' along with various techniques, methodologies involved in animation. The system is implemented in both the methods. This system implementation of both the methods gives the illustration that introduces the CSIM program of AIT, Thailand along with sound. This report also discusses in detail both the methods along with advantages, disadvantages and guidelines for changing the present system. The software being used for implementing the system in both the cases is Asymetrix MultiMedia Tool Book Open Script Object Oriented Programming Language V 3.0. Second method uses 20 functions which are described with examples. Different types of animation example, facial animation, image based keyframe animation, Parametric Keyframe animation, Algorithmic animation, Image rendering are discussed. An overview of animation with BRLCAD, GIF animation, realistic animations, natural motions in animation. are specified The study covers latest animation techniques Rotoscoping, virtual reality, spectacular system by I.N.A, object oriented design, Houdini 3d animation tools and Animation Language. The report also discusses about behavioral animation. |
