Managers of three selected enterprise sectors, such as state enterprises, private enterprises and joint ventures participate in the survey. Besides, a comparison in terms of management practices of the managers are conducted in the survey. The findings indicate that there are some differences in management styles between companies in the three sectors. The management practices of managers in these three sectors also differ significantly, especially in leadership styles.
