Abstract | This thesis study mentions about Electrical Power Industry in Thailand, including the future of restructuring of such industry. It still concerns deregulation and privatization of the power utilities. The trends of the private sector to involved into this business under the new regulation reforms is considered. In addition, the project planning of the private company who plan to participate in this business is considered in the case study of Gulf Electric Co., Ltd. to shown the incentives and profitability of the private sector. |
