| Abstract | This study was undertaken for the financing decision of SMEs in Vietnam. The main purpose was to identify the problems and make suggestions for improvement on the financial performance of SMEs. For this purpose, a framework consisting of a classification scheme and assessment procedure was developed. This was applied to SMEs in Vietnam to identify the problem areas. The study of two organizations that are Banks, Financial Institutions and Informal finance of Vietnam assisted in suggesting improvements in those problems areas. The study results also cover the overall functions as well as some general problems. |
