AbstractThe aim of this study is to examine the impact of Insus and Supra Insus programs on paddy production and income of paddy fatming, also to evaluate the development of these programs and compare with Non Insus as a Controlled. The study basically focused in socio-economy aspects of Supra Insus and Insus to paddy farming. In economic aspect the study highlights the impact of these programs to paddy production ·and income of paddy fanning. In this case variables' components based on production factors and income factors which have impact to production and income on these programs and compared with Controlled. And in social aspect the study highlights the impact of these progra1m to education of fatmers. The result of this research are(l) The trend of yield, haivested area and Fanner Groups extremely increase than Insus and Controlled; (2) Supra Insus and Insus programs have impact to increase paddy production more higher than Controlled and the income of Supra Insus, Controlled more higher than Ins11c;; (3) Physical efficiency of Insus and Controlled have chance to increase production factors than Supra Insus program; ( 4) The coefficient of income factors of Supra Insus more better than Insus and controlled~ (5) Contribution income of paddy farming on Supra Irnms more better than Ins us and Controlled; ( 6) B/C ratio of Supra lnsus and Controlled more better than lnsus; (7) Supra lnsus and Insus programs have impact to stimulate education of fanner's family. The study has emphasized that a rethinking is necessaiy about Supra Insus and Insus. The program was basically designed to help the farmers. But a8 the present study shows, malpractices of bureaucracy could not handle of the problems and needed too long time. Aml the changing technology espedally in Package Technology must be have agreed and known by Researcher Faimers~ Agiicultural Extension \lorkers. The Package Technology of inputs especially inorganic fe11ilizer have impact to reduce paddy production on Supra Insus program must be added by organic fertilizer.
