AbstractClimate change is the crucial point for humans, other living organisms and the earth, it is effect on various parts such as agriculture. Cropwat 8.0 software is used to calculate Crop Water Requirement (CWR) and Irrigation Water Requirement (IRR) for present and future condition. I calculated bias corrected temperature and precipitation data with my partner to discuss future CWR and IWR. We used Linear Scaling Method and Quantile Mapping Method. I used Linear Scaling Method (CNRM) with 2 scenarios; RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5. Projection temperature and crop evapotranspiration rate with RCP 8.S is less than that of RCP 4.5. So the projection of CWR and IRR (RCP 8.5) is less than RCP 4.5. For most cases, the predicted CWR and IRR by RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 are higher than the CWR and IRR values of observed meteorological data because the predicted crop evaporation is high because the predicted temperature, wind speed and sunshine time are high. The results of CWR and IWR depend on meteorological data. Climate change affects future CWR and IRR because the projection temperature is high, so the evaporation of the crop is also high and it will be faced with the reduction in the intensity of the rainfall.Myitnge River Basin is situated in central dry zone in Myanmar. It results to impacts on stream flow of Myitnge River and Shwe Hlan Bo irrigation Project. The water is taken from Myinnge River Basin.
