Abstract | The project is a development of a spherebot and this report contain about how to ride on a ball as a scooter without any disturbance. Its a quite different way compare with other transportation systems. There is a lots of control mechanisms used to complete this task efficiently and accurately. Considering the mechanical design there are three motors and three Omni wheels used to balance the robot. The wheels are places on a special orientation. Every Wheel is orthogonal to each other. Accordingly there is a no disturbance for motor rotating direction. Control theories and Kinematics equations are use to balance this robot. All the mechanisms and theories are clearly described in this report. |
