AbstractDevelopment of Rubiks cube solving robot has now become a popular research area, with the development of advanced algorithms. The research in this area initiated in 1990s using methods such as pattern solving and matrix analysis. In this project the idea was to develop a 3X3X3 cube solving matrix which could use the most efficient and accurate algorithms in this project the Kociembas and Fridrich (CFOP) to solve the cube in the fastest time. This project varies to other project of this nature since 2nd world record timings were achieved.
