Abstract | Automation today has improved the lifestyle of millions in doing their household activities. This project report presents the design and development of an autonomous lawn-mower. This robot uses electronically powered blade to cut the grass while using an on board embedded system to navigate the robot. The robot uses compass and encoders to control the position and heading direction. Ultra-sonic sensors are used for obstacle avoiding. |
