Abstract | The report focuses on shearing behavior of collapsible compacted soil by means of the direct shear test. The test program was conducted on 1 soil material but two conditions namely unsaturated stage and saturated stage. Then the friction angles observed from the direct shear test of single stage under different shearing interface conditions were used to simulate the overall shearing behavior of collapsible compacted soil. |
