| Abstract | In the modern Myanmar construction industry, the availability and the efficient skills of the construction site management system is very important on the productivity and economic development of the country. The development of the economic is depending on the development of the infrastructure systems of the country. Researcher will be research the several and important factors of the construction site management consideration and determine the possible solutions and recommendations for the building construction sites in Myanmar. Myanmar is a developing country and there are a lot of good and bad factors that affected directly or indirectly to the construction sites. Therefore the management system of quality, time, cost, human and material resources, scope will be discussed through the case study. And the critical findings and the improvement will be carried out the researchers opinion and experts discussions. The main objective of this study is to identify the critical and influential factors that affect to the management systems of the Myanmar construction sites. This research is the case study of the Myanmar construction sites. The data collection will be done in Yangon division, Myanmar. |
