AbstractThere is a possibility to produce a tool in alternative medication. In Thai culture, there are many mysterious recipes for medicines that are harmless but effective. Thai Agarwood or Kritsana has been written and told throughout the history that it is an excellent remedy. In early 21st century, Kritsana was widely used in perfumery industry and it invoked Thai farm- ers to plant them. In 2015, Bangkhunthien Billiard Import & Export Co.,Ltd. started research on medicine from Kritsana and has successfully produced the essential oil. Applying the oil to any part of the body can relieve pain. This research is conducted to design a package that will be better for customers. The de- sign is considered from a result of customer survey. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is the tool to analyze the survey result. From the survey, it is concluded that the improvement must concentrate on the package attractiveness and easy using phase. Therefore, the label and dispenser are the components of the package which are significantly designed. The label is designed to be legal and attractive whilst the design dispenser makes usage more conve- nient. The design then answers the research objectives with the astonishing improvement. Then, CAD software is used to visualize the design parts. The CAD model of the package composes of a bottle, a screw cap, a dispenser and a printed corrugated paper box. From various assumptions, packaging line is generated to understand the capacity and cost of this investment. Furthermore, the feasibility analysis that shows a possible profit will help the investor making the decision on this product.
