Abstract | Methods of feed digestibility determination in fish were reviewed using the chromic oxide methods, and water quality analysis methods were examined. The initial average digestibility were recorded as the average initial digestibility were in 6 treatments T1 (0.34 ±0.02), T2 (0.35 ± 0.02) T3 (0.24 ± 0.03) T4 (0.25 ± 0.02) T5 (0.24 ± 0.01) T6 (0.25 ± 0.02). And the final digestibility were examined. The final digestibility is also significantly changed its obviously increasing from the initial digestibility. The final digestibility of 6 treatments are, T1 (0.49 ± 0.003), T2 (0.46 ±0.02), T3 (0.39 ± 0.02), T4 (0.35 ± 0.02), T5 (0.37 ± 0.02), T6 (0.30 ± 0.02). The water quality was maintained throughout the the experiment. The average weight gain in 6 treatments was recorded as (50.54 ± 1.74). And the average weight gain of T1 (53.54) and T2 (52.24), T3 (49.87) T4 (48.38), T5 (49.55), T6 (50.21) were recorded by analyzing the weight gain in treatments we can see a uniform weight increment but in treatment 1 and 2 the weight gain is higher than respected to other treatments. Daily check temperature, DO and Ph. The experimental average temperature of (30.44 ±1.721). The average DO level was recorded as (5.48 ± 0.34) ppm and maximum DO was 6.4 ppm and minimum was 4.8 ppm. I checked (Ph) daily because it affects the fish a lot According to the data I got the average Ph as 7 – 8 which the water is in a neutral condition. The average values of ph. in 6 treatments are T1 (7.48 ± 0.02), T2 (7.49 ± 0.16), T3 (7.49 ± 0.16), T4 (7.47 ±0.15), T5 (7.46 ± 0.13), T6 (7.49 ±0.16). I took the 3 replications from treatments and got the average Ph value. |
