AbstractIntegration of remote sensing and GIS was performed in the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) model. SCS model have been performed for analysis the surface runoff of Mae Ao Project in Lamphun Province, that is cover area about 204 km2 • The runoff curve number calculated from land use and soil series types. Due to the complex of land use, Landsat-5 TM was used to determine the various land use and land cover type. In this study, five small watersheds were defined in Mae Ao project and estimated the weighted CN of them by using runoff curve number model (SCS). The result indicated that remote sensing data may be applied to estimated watershed runoff. The village survey database in part of water demand, can be used for assess the established weir in the area.
