Abstract | Image processing is a new and essential tool under control and automation field. This project is about using image processing technique to identify and recognize the road. The objectives includes accurately recognizing the road and precisely positioning the vehicle according to the line on the road. The vehicle was built to accommodate one passenger. Three essential systems which is Mechanical, Control and the Vision system should collaborate with each other in order to make this vehicle go forward. These systems has independent features. In the field of Mechatronics it is essintial to find the small dependant features of these independent systems. This project will perfectly illustrate how a purely mechanical item communicate with each other in order to complete a task. |
