Abstract | Knowledge about railway signaling, operation management, controlling and communication systems are highly emphasized since these rail applications are assist to control the haz- ard and ensure the safety of both passenger and employee. According to these reasons, rules and regulation in railway operations and applications are regionally and internationally standardized. This research develop a database in terms of rail signaling system, operation management, and rail controlling and communication system via Microsoft Excel. Matrix was design base on railway standards in six different countries; United State of America, Europe, Australia, Japan, China and Korea. Moreover, research analyze what are the key contents of each collected standards along the rail industry. This matrix is convenient for rail engineers and policy makers. |
