AbstractIncreasing of travel demand and peoples desire of using their own vehicles are causing to a rapid motorization of many countries around the world. Higher percentage of people around the world tends to be trusting on private motor vehicles. But increasing of private motor vehicles caused to growing of traffic jam and longer travels times. Considering solutions for sustainable transportation, public transportation is a part of solution. Therefore, it is very important to improve public transportation to attract more people. However, service quali- ties of public transportation should be satisfactory to achieve the expected requirements of the passengers. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to study about the service quality and critical attributes of public transportation by conducting a survey among public bus users.
