AbstractAnalyzing construction waste can help to provide more understanding in construction waste management in construction sites. This study was focused on the analyzing construction waste in the sites in Yangon where there is sudden increase in construction industry com- pared to other cities. However, no particular research was done for construction waste. The questionnaire form is prepared in order to understand the factors that can cause the construc- tion waste, problems because of the construction waste and possible solution for construction waste generation. It is only distributed to site engineers, assistant engineers, project man- agers and project engineers from contractor side. Major factors, problems and solution can be known from the data analysis.
