AbstractAutomation acts a vital role throughout the day to day industry, basically people use automa- tion for a certain task is to reduce the cycle time for a particular task in order to achieve a higher productivity. Through this automation project I present a proto type model for the laser cutting Depending on the laser tool that we are using here the material that can be cut will be depend. considering about a fabric industry shapes should be cut in large scale. In many numbers, so that this machine provides a solution for the aspect by means of automat- ing the prevailing hand cutting systems basically G-codes are provided to the system in order to work accordingly, to generate required patterns and cuts. Through this project report it includes basically about the mechanical structure and electrical components and software which I have implemented on the system, basically I have presented here with three basic cutting shapes with the relevant G-codes and further described about the system in detail. Through the chapter 4 basic error calculations and test results are presented further machine accuracy and precision test are carried out and by means each and every required important aspects regarding the project is presented in detail
