Abstract | The development of speech controlled RoboQuad is presented. Robot has four leg and move- ments are wirelessly controlled by speech. Each leg has three joints with 3 degree of free- doms and all of joints of each legs are driven by servos motors. Quadruped robot has been considered simple quadruped walking styles with 3DOF legs and try to describe foot poly- gons centroid gained in each movements of the robot. The walking balance of the robot build upon the walking style applied in each of it movements. All movements of the quadruped robot were controlled by speech recognition via Bluetooth. Voice commutation is used for communicating the computer and Arduino through Bluetooth. The idea of this project is to present the servo motor controlling processes. Robot can make simple performances such as, moving forward, backward, left, right and other movements. The aim of this project is to use the quadruped robot in place where humans and wheeled mechanisms cant reach and make investigation. |
