AbstractIn todays world, inspection robots are becoming more and more popular as it makes sensitive and time consuming inspections easier and more accurate. When considering a pipe systems, most of the pipes are inaccessible and it’s a time consuming process and a difficult process to find the exact location of the problem. The aim of developing the pipe inspection robot is that it should be capable to move inside a pipe system and inspection of the inner surface of the pipe can be done remotely therefore to serve the purpose it is build to move in forward and backward direction and take turns in junctions according to the users selection in either forward or reverse direction and at the same time a live video captured from a camera in robot having information of the inner surface of the pipe is displayed in the remote control interface. Therefore inspection is possible with a very little effort.
