AbstractThis paper presents a novel design of robotic arm with joystick wireless controller. This robot specified to play chess game and the robot have designed in way where the player can get a clear view of the board from front side and top angels, the components or parts of the arm won’t be an obscure to the player. Low cost, simple mechanism and weightless structure are also have Considered while making this robot. Joystick of this robot have the similar design of a wheel chair controller which makes this remote a user friendly device for them. The robot arm have four degree of freedom and a system to identify the piece on the board.
