AbstractA prototype model is a system development method which is widely used in research and development projects. There are many advantages of making a prototype such as, reduces the production time, production cost, help to get a better understanding about the overall system, help to find the budget of the final product This paper focuses on the balancing functionality of a bicycle prototype using a flywheel balancing mechanism, so that the robot will become an self balancing system. An android mobile platform is used to control the movement of the system wireless via blue-tooth.
