AbstractThe two-wavelength OTDMA network with error correction code is an OTDMA network that employ two-wavelength to carry optical user's data and clock signal respectively, with error correction code inserted by the system to the user's data. The error correction code is used to improve the system performance. To feasibly design OTDMA network, an analysis of the system performance is required. In this study it has been taken into account the possibility of practical implementation of the proposed two-wavelength OTDMA with error correction code systems. This study presents the impact of error correction codes on two-wavelength OTDMA networks. The improvement of receiver sensitivity has been investigated consider to the uncoded system and after insertion error correction codes. This work presents numerical analysis of OTDMA systems. The performance of twowavelength OTDMA with error correction codes is observed.
