AbstractThis research study has been written to survey load consumption for the consumers as: residential consumer, commercial consumer, industrial consumer, governmental agencies, and public consumer. Load demand reserve for load growth 10 % from 1996 to 2009. The design of distribution system consider about the supplying electricity to the customers by some characteristics, cross section of conductors, power loss, voltage drop. To compare those characteristics between 6.3 kV, 22 kV, and 44 kV which voltage level is better. The improving of power factor from 0.8 to 0.9 by selecting capacitor banks to reduce the reactive power. Furthermore the future expansion and operation and maintenance are studied. Also consider about the economic evaluation for selecting the best of three voltage levels by comparing some characteristics above. Finally the environment domain is focused by considering the visual impact, social impact and health impact.
