Abstract | Bangladesh booming industries (Ready Made Garment) are now in crisis. This study is undertaken to determine the alternative strategies to compete in the changing environment in ready made garment industries of Bangladesh. The company selected is in emerging crisis. The research study analyzed the internal and external situation including the potential of backward-forward linkages and information control system of the company. Finally, it provided some short and long term recommendations for the company to survive during the crisis period and to develop for future sustain ability on the basis of the major findings. |
