AbstractIn recent days people are giving wide attention to the 'software agents' which are the simulated model of human agents. People are eagerly waiting to get intelligent personal assistant or electronic secretary behind them. In addition, they are interested to have a software environment where they can construct software agents for their assistance, such as, mail auto-replier, message sorter, auto-reminder etc. by very high level programming or through intelligent user interface. There are many task-specific agents that have been built in the field of computer science, but a very little works have been done on agent building environment. Task-specific agents have their own scope. Though they are quite smart to support specialized agent's task, they don't provide any generalized environment so that user can build specific agents. This research describes agent-environment and agent language and provides the user a system where the user can construct an agent by programming in the agent language. This system also provides the user some electronic assistance with sound graphical user interface.
