AbstractThe increasing number of customer complaints related to the overcharging of bills has caused a lot of concern in the Telephone Organization of Thailand. This has led to a analysis of the process of working within the organization starting with the identification of problem to the implementation of the necessary steps instrumental in solving the bottlenecks involved in the system. The billing processes are usually associated with the delays related to the updating of information regarding the customer's status on the telephone charges. The complaints related to this overcharging of bills is significantly more in number as compared to other complaints with respect to the faulty telephone lines and similar problems. Hence an efficient system for a regular update on the status of the customer bills is studied and the conclusions are made with respect to the organization which is expected to reduce the number of customer complaints. The process has resulted in a wide range of effects which need to be studied and analyzed in great detail.
