AbstractThe efficient electric lighting, high performance glazings and controlled daylighting in perimeter spaces. Glazing area was left as an optional input. Simulation runs with D.S.M. are also good for the normal interior. On the other hand, the air-conditioner program is also included in this thesis. As we see from the school where we are. There are lots of locations could be implement the demand-side management program. The program is going to be mature nowadays. Hence, it's not only good for the lighting control but also to each aspect. Which the program that I going to do is for the type of school especially. The results could be predict for decreasing the peak load demand. Actually, it is not only go on this way but also obtain a better peak load curve. Therefore, the highly desire for constructing another power plants could be slow down. The results were analyzed according to the multi-options of the D.S.M. (Appendix A). Important electric peak load demand reductions were also obtained, particularly from the optimal compressors switching, use of high performance glazings or electric ballasts. Due to this, many utilities could be interested in supporting this strategy through incentives and D.S.M. programs.
