AbstractThe high technology and c01mnunication has changed the world business into Openboundary trade and enhanced the competitiveness in emerging market, especially ASIAN MARKET. Booming construction building business, has led to sigificant increase the building material and accessories such as sanitary fitting. Therefore, scheduling policy has an impo11ant role in production control and is one of the means of improving the production in manufacturing. This study is based on actual data supplied by sanitary fittings. Company in Thailand which has the insufficient capacity due to fluctuating demand. The machining section which is large and complex manufacturing system, is facing this problem frequently. Moreover it is now the bottle neck operation of the system. The real situation and their objectives are studied to find time using scheduling policy which is suitable for this system so as to produce nondelay schedule with minimize time using simulation software. After this study the analysis and appropriate policy selection is made by consider multicriteria supplier by the company.
