| Abstract | According to Sai Gon Giai Phong online newspaper, in the period from 2016 to 2019, this is a quite strong growth period for the paper and packaging industry in the Vietnam market. Accordingly, the production capacity of paper and carton increased by an average of 31% / year, exports increased by 65.1% / year. This is good news for paper manufacturing companies - carton packaging but it is also a difficult problem for businesses when they have to make good management and production plans in the future. As a chief accountant of New Asia Industries Co.,Ltd - I know quite well the company's financial situation, profits or losses. Every month, we produce and export the goods domestically or abroad, but also in a month, we have to compensate or correct the goods with the amount up to 100 tons. There are many different reasons, but partly due to the way warehouse management is still difficult. Currently, New Asia Industry (NAI) is still applying manual control of warehouse delivery by a manual method, the company has encountered many obstacles from time, effort, cost or lost control with the finish goods go outside company. In addition, we also have problems with the production of surplus goods, leading to the inventory being overloaded and the result is that the goods produced in the right quantities with no room in the warehouse should be placed in the wrong position. Delivery late or delivery shortage, wrong products are common problems. Adversely affect the strategy, business plan of the whole enterprise. From these symptoms, we always try to find technology solutions to overcome the current situation of the company. Therefore in this article, I set two main objectives to help solve this problem: Figure out the problems and root causes and Come up with the platform solutions. Once we found the root cause leading to inefficient warehouse management we are going up strategies to solve them. We will apply smart technologies and 5S in warehouse, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, Dashboard in real-time simultaneously rearranged logically warehouse to support the support warehouse management. |
