Abstract | According to the problem that NI are facing, research aims to build a digital transformation inside New Installation Organization based on the SHAPE platform that is applying currently. Data and working platform will be built and synthesized for NI departments, and depending on each hierarchy will be entitled to view or update information on the system, This will be highly effective in NI management system, and the performance of employees, based on this database and working platform, people who need information will be accessed and have the right information to make decisions accurately and timely. Besides, with the construction of a digital workspace, employees can have a convenient project management tool on their end-user devices, which management can access to operation and even participate in project activities. Therefore, it will be easy to meet job requirements once the market explodes again without the need for additional hires. Then Company will have sustainable development for Long-Term Business. In addition, by establishing a database workspace that provides an information interface for customers, the Customer can use the App on end-user devices to access the information of their Projects or services from Schindler, it will bring high values to customers, capture information accurately and timely. Then Schindler will create superiority over competitors in terms of customer care. The application is not limited to use at Schindler Vietnam but It can also be applied to other members in the group. |
