Abstract | World-wide Web (W3 or WWW) is a new way of information distribution which becomes so popular nowadays. A great deal of information in many multimedia formats is provided on the web, so that searching for some specific information and creating a web page which suits every kinds of platform is a difficult task. A dynamic web page generator is built to ease these problems by storing information from all multimedia components on each site. To create a web page, a user only has to input the contents of the documents (which are multimedia data) into the file system and register the concerned information into the database. The generator will generate a web page composed of relevant multimedia components, which suit a user's terminal, when it receives a query. |
