Abstract | China is no longer an isolated market, rather it is the fast booming economic powerhouse of this global stage with 1.2 billion population and highest economic growth rate in this business world. With the trends and reality of globalization, more and more multinational companies (MNCs) are managing their businesses in China. However, most of MNCs are more or less fumbling in this particular market with specific environment by trial and error since there is no complete research study and perfect realistic model available for them to rely on. This study serves the best resolutions for the Western MNCs of how to successfully run their business through the optimal joint venture market entry strategy in China by inlength, up-to-date Chinese business environment overview. Further, this research also offer the perfect and systematic resolution strategies to their joint venture corporate business control conflicts between Western partners and the Chinese partners. The business control conflict resolution strategies have been generated not only including cross-culture and human resources problems as most previous researches did but also covering some other business dimensions of corporate value chain. Finally, this study has also come up with marketing mix conflict resolution strategies which will definitely guide all the Sino-Western joint ventures in their marketing performance in China. As mentioned above, most previous researches have not carried out all the three corporate business dimensions like market entry, business control, and marketing mix so completely and systematically as this research study has done. Therefore, this research fills the bracket left by all previous researches and supplements the existing joint venture research theory at in-depth, in-width ways. Its potential application and valuation is of worldwide significance. |
