Abstract | The field of marketing is a quite diverse field and it is not only limited to traditional marketing. Social marketing has been established in the marketing field with the focus of promoting behaviors that will be a benefit to society. This research will introduce social marketing and explain how marketing campaigns can be evaluated. The research seeks to answer the question "How can social marketing be understood through the use of a case study". And this purpose is fulfilled by using the qualitative research method of interviewing key persons related to the focus of this research which is Autism and its Social Campaigning. The organization which was taken into focus was the Autistic Thai Foundation which uses social marketing to create a job ability for people with autism. This research performed a survey method to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the campaign and the questions mainly concerned the For All Coffee campaigns. Implementing social marketing creates brand recognition and awareness about the campaign. This study will be beneficial for stakeholders, social marketers, campaign organizers, commercial marketers, and students. An analysis of social marketing is presented to increase awareness of tools that are used for promoting positive behavioral changes in society. |
