These trends are important since they considered in the analysis and the directions for future changes in a consultancy firm. The case study is focused on SwedPower (Thailand) - a relatively new consultancy firm established in 1993 in Thailand. It is specializing in the field of electric power engineering. A fundamental question in the firm 's future is its ability to position itself and define a plausible strategic vision.
