Abstract | This research study is carried out on the world's most famous casual apparel company which is probably known for it's most demanded product the '501 jeans', Levi Strauss. This study is based on the marketing strategies of the company in Europe and particularly in Belgium. This research has been developed in a case study which emphasizes the current marketing strategies as being practiced by the company. This case study carries out the designing and managing the marketing strategies for Levi Strauss, the formulation and operation of the strategic changes that have occurred due to newly emerging marketing channels and trends. By implementing the proposed framework and the methodology as a basis, the strategic marketing channels will be designed and managed following the company's objectives and strategies. Firstly, the activity is the analysis of the current situation and prospects to identify the trends of the market and the general consumer behavior. Secondly, the company's targets are defined and strategic marketing channels is set up by considering the company's strengths, and weaknesses respectively. This has been done after gaining experiences from the Belgian apparel market, specifically, Levi Strauss. Lastly, the study carries out the management for marketing channels to achieve the company's objectives. |
